There was plenty of comfortable seating and Dad could navigate easily with his walker. The kayaking is great! The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked a lot but you mustn't overlook the Best Philley cheese steak shop right down the street. Walking the neighborhood is nice too!

We picked this place due to being on the water and beautiful outdoor area. We could not get in. Our host did not return our emails, texts, calls. We waited in the driveway for over 3 hours and with the assistance of Evolve had to find alternate accomodation. The new place was clean & comfortable but with NO outdoor space and not near water. Not the vacation we saved for and we are extremely disappointed.

The property management and responsiveness was great but this is a home that could use some investment in upkeep. Check-in was easy and the place was clean, with comfortable beds, high quality towels and everything needed for our stay. Being on the water was great and the pergola is awesome to sit under. Having kayaks available and a nice dock is a real bonus. The lawn furniture is old and mostly broken, however, which was disappointing. We also had multiple plumbing issues during our stay that were responded to quickly but left us without the use of the kitchen for an afternoon. In short, a nice place with lots of potential. Just needs some investment to be suitable for a vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay as it was centered in the places where my 2 sisters and their husbands and I planned to visit. Sponge Docks, Chinsegut Hill, and Stafford House were just some of the places we visited. Perfect house for morning coffee and watching the sunrise! Will definitely rent again.

Nice place, well furnished and equipped in an excellent location to many activities and stores. Shower head wasn't great but that's a quick easy fix. Overall nice place
