「This was a perfect property for our week-long family vacation. The space was obviously recently updated, so was fresh, clean and quite comfortable. It was just the right size for my wife, teenager (14) and me, with the teenager on the pull-out sofa in the living room. (You could swap one teenager for 2 smaller children, I'd guess.) The kitchen is a bit limited (toaster oven vs traditional oven) but we had not problem with making our own meals (and thanks for the Keurig coffees!) The view is...

The bed was very comfortable and the owner provided so many things for us that we didn’t have to worry about: trash bags, soap, paper towels, aloe, dishwasher pacs, beach towels, beach chairs, sheets, towels, and etc. We would definitely recommend this place to others!」

「You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location than this and the accommodations were perfect for us. It is on the busy main north-south thoroughfare, but everything quieted right down at about 10 PM. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, historical museum, boat park for shelling tour were all within a very short drive or walkable distance, with a good restaurant/bar right next door. We’d definitely stay here again.」

「Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.」

「Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.」

「We’ve stayed at Eagles Nest 3 years and really like it. The only issues are the elevators (1 of 2 was out of service periodically) and the pool was closed for 24 hours because of pump issue.」
