Tucked away at the tranquil north end of Cape San Blas, this 5-bedroom beach house is your ultimate haven for family gatherings, friend getaways, or multi-generational escapes along Florida’s unspoiled Forgotten Coast. Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master suite located on the first floor, four bedrooms upstairs with three queen beds, and a bunk bed (two full-size beds) with a twin-size trundle bed - perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. When not at the beach, enjoy the private pool with beautiful and peaceful surroundings, for entertainment, all bedrooms have 55` TVs and the living room, which is open to the kitchen and dining area has a 75` TV. Also provided, is a small ping pong table, bikes & helmets, and pickleball paddles & balls. The kitchen is well-furnished for preparing and enjoying meals when not out to eat at nearby restaurants.

The back deck overlooks wetlands and is a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee. Prime location with effortless water access in every direction:

You have access to the entire home, other than a locked owner`s closets in the master bathroom and upstairs hallway bathroom, and a locked attic.

Cape San Blas Beaches are ranked among the nation’s top beaches for its family-friendly uncrowded shore, perfect for sandcastles, splashing, and campfires on the beach.

For a deeper dive into nature, the nearby (~0.24 miles) T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park has nearly 2,000 acres of dunes, marshes, and forests. The park also has a boat launch, making it simple to trailer in and head out for fishing, scalloping, or island-hopping. Boats and trailers are allowed in the spacious driveway overnight or between adventures. Parking boats/trailers on side of road or in cul-de-sac is not permitted.


Fishing enthusiasts can cast from the shore, charter a half-day trip for redfish and trout, or head to the bay’s piers for tarpon in season. Families can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding lessons or a dolphin cruise from Port St. Joe, while history buffs climb the nearby Cape San Blas Lighthouse for 360-degree panoramas of the curving coastline.

When it’s time to refuel, the Cape`s North End dining keeps it casual. Start with breakfast at Scallop Cove’s grab-and-go counter—fluffy yeast donuts (baked fresh daily in glazed or cinnamon sugar) with steaming coffee and bay views or grab a po’boy for beach nibbles. This is a private pool and is unsupervised with no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage related to pool use. No diving.

*To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we ask that guests do not eat in the bedrooms; please use the dining area provided

*Pool services is on Wednesday and Saturday.

Exterior Safety/Doorbell Camera where guest can communicate directly with owner if need arises. There are two blink cameras monitoring the driveway and the side yard up to the pool gate. The pool area is not monitored.
