Wonderful Home!

This home is has close access to the beach and a pool is being built across the street and opening soon. Such a clean and open design. Lots of room and wonderful hosts. Don’t forget to get the golf cart, it will make trips to the beach and main community pool easy peasy.

The little things that matter

Nicely decorated boho beach house. Furnishings are so comfy. I truly appreciated the beach towels and coffee that was supplied. Majority of rentals don't supply these. Golf cart and games in garage were super fun! Was sad we had to leave. Will stay here again!

Great New Home & Amenities

The Silly Beach Cottage is a spacious new home in a new construction neighborhood. It was perfect for our group of 3 families. The in-law suite, with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area was fantastic. The entire home was stylishly decorated, very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The ping pong table and Pac Man game in the garage were a hit with the kids. Overall, a fabulous home!

We had a fantastic time!

We had an amazing time at the silly beach cottage. Everything was as described and the house was very comfortable for us, my parents, our two daughters, their friends and our two dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge bonus and we enjoyed riding it every day to the beach and around the area. The neighborhood is so beautiful and everything is new. The pool and beach access are really close to the house . The beach is not crowded and has the most beautiful sunsets! Overall, St. Port Joe is a beautiful area and not as busy as other areas like Destin and Panama City Beach. We loved having everything we needed- towels, beach chairs, cooler and games. We would definitely love to be back. We really had an amazing time!

Very nice home.

We were trying to get away from beach crowds and this area was perfect for that. The home is beautiful and we had plenty of room in the house. Everything we needed was provided in the home. The host was very easy to communicate with. Having a golf cart to use was wonderful! The beach was nice and uncrowded. Everyone was so friendly! It would have been better if there was a boardwalk from the golf cart parking to the beach. We had to walk a sandy trail to get to the beach and it was difficult with all the beach stuff and little ones. There is a wagon available to use. Hopefully a boardwalk is in the plans for the future as this is a newer neighborhood. That is the absolute only negative I have to say. I will stay there again!

My family and I loved our stay. The home was very clean and spacious. The extra mother-in-law suite fit our needs perfectly. Everything you could need was provided. Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! Windmark is such a charming community. Will return!

Great accommodations for a week long family Thanksgiving gathering. Plenty of room with great location near pool & beach. Golf cart is a plus. Host was a great communicator. HOA was not real accommodating because the small RV we traveled in can not be parked anywhere on the Windmark premises. Had to park in adjoining city park parking lot approx 1/2 mile away. Local bear enjoyed rummaging through numerous trash cans on a couple of occasions and made a big mess. Great time overall.
