Meet the Gypsy Cottage—the only tiny home in Port St. Joe! One block from downtown and minutes from St. Joe Beach, this newly refreshed coastal hideaway features a full kitchen, fire pit, private courtyard seating, pet-friendly vibes, and the coziest interior. Great for a couple or individual to set up camp in a super central location and see what all PSJ has to offer.

The property is set up for contactless entry. We will not be at the property in person and communication through the app is preferred.


Our neighborhood is full of other charming beach cottages and offers a quaint and quiet atmosphere. The home is centrally located in the heart of Port St. Joe, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. You will be close to lots of outdoor activities, food, and entertainment options, including walking trails, live music, dining, shopping, the Sea Turtle Museum, the historical Lighthouse, and St. Joe Bay.


Guests will have access to the whole home and the small fenced-in courtyard. A smart lock code will be sent prior to arrival. There is one dedicated parking space for The Gypsy Cottage.


This delightful tiny home is packed with comfort and charm. With 475 sq ft of space, it's equipped with everything you need for a memorable, convenient, and comfy stay. It features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a pullout couch in the living area. The space sleeps up to 3 people.

Whether you're cooking up a delicious dish in the full kitchen, unwinding in the snug queen bedroom, or enjoying a movie on the smart TV in the cozy living room, you’ll find this tiny house has it all. The charm of the home extends to the outdoor space with a fenced-in courtyard with seating, offering privacy and serenity. Spend your evenings by the fire pit, sharing stories under the stars, or enjoy your morning coffee while planning your beach adventures!

Guests will have access to a communal laundry room with complimentary detergent, ensuring you stay fresh during your getaway. There is also a shared fire pit and seating, a handy fish-cleaning station, and an outdoor shower for your convenience. There is also an outdoor grill available for use.


There is free parking onsite. As we are centrally located, guests can easily walk to many of the restaurants and stores downtown. Please note that currently Uber and Lyft are not available in our area.


Gypsy Cottage is a true tiny house in the heart of Downtown Port St Joe. It's great for an individual, a couple or a couple with a small child. Please note that Gypsy Cottage has internal stairs.

*Our home allows you to self-check in and have your own private space, but we do have 3 other homes on the property.

*We are pet-friendly and have plenty of space to accommodate 2 pets. Our pet fee is $175. Please include them on your booking and the pet fee will automatically be added to the booking. If it doesn't automatically add it then it will be added after the booking as a request for fee payment.

- Downtown is walkable and you will find shops, restaurants, live music, and more!
- St. Joe Bay is 2 mins away.
- St. Joe Beach is 7 mins away.
- Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas are less than 15 mins away.
- St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards.
- Salinas Park is a 15 mins drive away, where you can have the amazing experience of horseback riding on the beach
- If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage.
- About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River, or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed!
