We love this house and the floorplan! Lots of parking space and area to keep beach and fishing supplies outside. Bedrooms are spacious, it's great to have a second common space on the bedroom level. The top common area living space is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is awesome and very well stocked with supplies. Pool and covered sitting area is great to have after spending the day at the beach. My only wish would be to improve the beach access. The location of the boardwalk is very convenient but it is at least 17 steps up. A graded access ramp and stairs would be be ideal.
