Awesome place!

The house was wonderful! Very clean and all new furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Towels were all new and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Renee was very accommodating and helped us out when needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tropical house. Very clean. Loved the tropical decor. Very close to the beach and my favorite eating places. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around the area. I hope to stay there again!!

Great Property!

We loved our stay at Tropical Retreat! The house was extremely clean, well appointed and so comfortable. Everything seemed brand new, and everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds, large tv's in the living room and master bedroom, a stunning shower in the master bathroom, spacious dining area, great grill, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The community pool was really nice too, and access to beautiful Mexico Beach was just a few blocks away. Looking forward to staying there again!

Tropical Retreat experience

The house was better than expected and loved location not far from ocean. We had one little issue with refrigerator but owner got it on it very quickly and got it fixed. I would recommend renting to anyone and our family will rent again from here as the experience was great!

Weekend Getaway!!

The Tropical Retreat was exactly that! A great relaxing, low key weekend, in paradise! The cleanliness of this place was top-notch, the furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quite and the community pool is very nice! The on-site golf cart makes the short trip to the beach very quick and easy! The staff at Sunshine Vacation Rentals was very responsive and easy to work with! Overall one of the best weekend getaways we have had in a while! We will defiantly be back!

Just as nice as we remembered!

This was our second stay at Tropical Retreat and we enjoyed it as much as are initial visit last year. It is such a nice, clean, comfortable house and still felt new. We used the gas grill a lot, even when it rained, thanks to the great covered back patio. Love the proximity to the beach, the community pool and the quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to returning a third time!
