Family Trip

Our geoup of 3 adults with 2 children stayed and everyone had their own room (my wife and I shared the master bedroom). Really nice property in a quiet subdivision. We were visiting for a family gathering of my mother and her siblings that grew up in Apalachicola. Location was perfect.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous. The home was perfect for the fam. The pool was excellent. The beach sandwich was hot but overall a great family trip. Thanks for having us.

Great stay

We rented this house to be close to family across the street. The house was great. I think there was some confusion with the cleaning staff and the time zones. We arrived at our check in time and they were still cleaning and said they had an hour. I believe they were using central time.

Overall pleasant. The big pool with playground was being repaired 3 out of the 5 days we were there also the dishwasher broke and no one was able to fix it while we were there which took allot of extra time we had to spend at the sink. The kitchen also could be stocked a little more for convenience. Overall everything was pleasant.

Find exact location before booking

The house was absolutely as advertised. New construction,clean,etc. the location of the home was an issue with my family. Although there was beach and pool access, we had to drive to the beach and had to get on a Hwy to drive to the pool access. All amenities were very nice. We would have not stayed here if we knew the access was so far away. If property came with or we could have rented a golf cart it would have made a huge difference for us.

Distance to main entrance to pool and beach access.

Our stay was good. The house was nice except the floors were dirty when we arrived all of our family had black under feet from walking in house. Other than that the house was nice. The biggest issue was distance from the house to the main entrance to the pool and beach. We didn’t realize how far it was and you had to drive to the entrance of Windmark Beach to get to the beach and pool. If we would have known we would have booked in a different area to be closer. It was a nice house but we would have enjoyed being closer to everything. Thank you.
