Spring Break

The house was so clean! And I loved the extra touches like beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, beach chairs. There was even laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, etc.. This makes traveling to the beach so much easier. Thank you for that. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at “It Is Well” was wonderful! The house, pool and short walk to the beach were just what the doctor ordered. The house was beautiful, well-stocked and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and the beach access was great. The pool was awesome and cleaned multiple times when we were there. The house was stocked well with all the essentials needed for a week stay. The only thing to note is there are stumps in the water and on the beach at the access around the house.

Beach trip with the family

The house is great, very clean, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a family of 4 to not get in each others way. We were all very impressed with how clean the house was. The pool and deck were great places to hang out during rain showers or simply taking some downtime. The only drawback I would have is the beach area location. If all you want to do is fish it’s great. If you love to be in the water there are a lot of stumps in the area. We drove to the state park and one of the public beach access points which were both great. The only drawback I have are the beach area

Awesome Vacation home

The furniture was dated but with 2 seven year olds and a 3 year old, that worked perfectly. We weren’t constantly telling them to get off the couches. We sat on the porch a good portion of the time. The children spent a good deal of time in the pool. We did have to purchase more towels and bath cloths. Overall, we made great memories and had an awesome time and this house was a part of that so thank you for allowing us to spend time there.

The beach access was so easy and close and the pool, although tiny, was great to unwind in at the end of the day. The only complaint I have is that the furniture badly needs to be updated. The beds, pillows, and living room furniture are terribly uncomfortable. Otherwise, perfect stay for our family.
