We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the pool area was amazing! Close to the beach and just a little drive to restaurants, coffee shops, and shops! We will definitely be back and will stay with sunshine rentals!

Two blocks from the bay, easy walk with carts ( one provided)! The house was the perfect size and layout for multigenerational 'sprawl'. The outdoor space is AMAZING!!!! We had a great time.

Beach vacation

The house was perfect we enjoyed our time there, only 3 issues. The appliance repair person never showed to fix oven, the sheer curtains on master bedroom gave my wife anxiety and the transitions between rooms would stop her wheel chair other than that we had a great time

House was very nice....just a little warm due to air conditioner settings.Pool was nice with the outdoor pavilion for relaxation while being fenced in for the pets....Master Bedroom could use better curtains on doors for a little more privacy. I would recommend this Home to anyone with a group as it has plenty of room....

Over all a great time. Family loved the back because of the pool. Oven did not work, broken lamp glued together as the repair, a piece of tape on a bed holding a piece of wood that must of fallen off. Might consider new furniture. But we did have a great time.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was very clean and spacious inside. We didn't stay in and cook a lot but when we did the appliances and cooking utensils were all very nice. It's in a good location and very easy to access. The best part of this house is definitely the pool/back yard. It was a great place for our family to hang out, grill, and play bags. It was great having the outdoor kitchen area to store snacks and drinks instead of having to go in and out of the house or pack a cooler outside. The outside bathroom area was a plus as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate!

This property is immaculately maintained! It was all about the outdoor space for our group and it did not disappoint. Had a slight issue between the pool house and the pool system which the property management quickly resolved. As for recommendations; there were 3 bedrooms with full sized beds…would highly recommend at least one get upgraded to a queen. This would accommodate multiple couples staying at the property who would normally sleep in a queen or king.

Port St. Joe Family Vacation

We loved the house and the outdoor pool/area was wonderful. We didn’t have a working oven all week but we managed our meals around that. The house is spacious, has large size bedrooms plenty of storage closets and has everything you could need (could use some extra throw blankets). We did get and put up extra curtains over the doors in the master bedroom because the as you enter into the bedroom the door double glass with sheer curtains. The master bedroom has two big closets and the bathroom is immaculate. The entire family enjoyed the stay, loved how close we were to the beach and as a bonus- you can take an amazing nap in the hammock outside. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
