A Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at Sea Smile. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is a roomy home with modern appliances- just what we needed after a day at the beach or roaming the coast for sea shells. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Home with Extremely Accommodating Hosts

We had an amazing time on our vacation, and the house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and even had that "new home" smell. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were awesome from the moment I booked our trip. We will 100% book this home again on our next stay.

Had an amazing vacation at Sea Smile

Went for our daughter's 21st bday. 1st time staying in windmark. And we are already planning our next trip. The house was nice, had everything we needed and then some. Perfect distance to the beach, pool amd restaurants. The bikes made it even easier to travel around the community. And it is located close to both Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Our family will be back!!

Lovely home

Lovely home in a wonderful community. The home is inviting and comfortable. The beach community offers a bay side beach and a community pool. Our kids loved both. The bikes came in handy and gave our children some independent travel. All in all, I highly recommend!

Family vacation

Wonderful experience! Very clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. Only negatives: two of the bikes were damaged from previous tenants(I assume) and parking more than 2 cars is an issue. Other than that it was amazing!!

Fabulous home! Spacious and clean

We loved our stay here! The home is well appointed very well laid out and super spacious. The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family and Dog. We love that we were able to bring our dog with us. The home is immaculate and extremely clean. Every detail is thought of and we had everything we needed and more. The beach gear in the garage is so helpful, thoughtful and saved a ton of room in our car to not have to lug beach carts and chairs down. The neighborhood community is a lot of fun and we really enjoyed riding the bikes that are provided all around. The beach is so quiet and not crowded at all. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful, clean, & practically Brand new. The bikes supplied make a sunset bike ride gorgeous every night! Did not love the beach or the pool at the property- beach is small, not good water, lots of sticks, pool is not anywhere near big enough for the massive size of this neighborhood (no where to sit ever), but we drove 5 mins up the road to Mexico beach and it was perfect!

Great Place!

We had a great trip to Windmark Beach. Sea Smile was a wonderful house that is located super close to the pool and beach access. A lot of good restaurants and we loved that it had an in law suite for my parents. They had beach chairs and carts to carry all the beach equipment. We will definitely book this house again!

Amazing Experience - 2nd Year Renter

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Smile, and we chose to rent it for the 2nd year. Raise last year’s stay was so amazing. This year did not disappoint, either.The home is beautiful and inviting, and the subdivision is gorgeous with lots of amenities and beach access.The hostess is extremely accommodating and very responsive to special requests and goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. We can’t wait to stay at Sea Smile again next year. It has definitely become our yearly vacation rental!

Nice Unit

We have stayed in Windmark several times. This model is the best suited for our needs as the mother in law suite is perfect for our daughter who is handicapped. The unit was well stocked and the bikes were in very good condition to ride. The only issue was our neighbor seemed to be having a family feud. With about 10 people in the house, I guess it was bound to happen.
