SEA SMILE boasts modern, coastal furnishings, a private and spacious mother-in-law suite and tons of amenities such as 5 bikes, ping pong table, and a large variety of beach equipment! This BRAND NEW 4 bed/ 3 bath home, accommodating up to 10 guests, and is perfect for multi-families including a mother-in-law suite with a private kitchen and sitting area. Located in Windmark Beach, this all inclusive community is a short distance away from the home and features a two swimming pool, playground, restaurants, and shops. One of the most favorite highlights of the home is the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see from the back patio. After a long day in the sun, relax with a cold beverage and grill your “catch of the day” while viewing the most BREATHTAKING SUNSETS ever!
SNOWBIRDS WELCOME: For the months of December, January and February, this home is available for a monthly rental at $3500/month.
Night Minimum: 3-5 night minimum.
Property Description: Ground level entry to open concept kitchen, living, dining area, and split bedroom concept and mother in law suite.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal, and also includes a drip-style coffee pot, blender, crock pot and toaster. This chef's kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, an electric cookstove, and tons of cabinet space.
The dining area provides seating for 6 people.
The living room offers brand new furniture, 55” smart tv, and access to patio.
Master bedroom is conveniently located just off of the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed, and a 55” smart tv. The en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower, a garden tub for a relaxing bubble bath, and large double vanity with granite countertops.
Two guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home, the first bedroom offering a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom offers two single bunk beds (twin over twin).
The guest bath located in between the two guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.
Mother-in-law suite offers 1 bed and 1 bath, and living/kitchen area. This bonus area offers a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with granite countertops. The living/kitchen area offers a kitchen with a stove, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats 4, and the living area has a 55” smart tv.
Property Amenities: pack-n-play, high chair
Community Features: Main community pool (heated periodically during the winter and is controlled by the HOA), North community pool (unheated), fitness center, restaurants, shops, dog park, multiple boardwalks to beach access, walking trails, and lots of natural foliage.
Outdoor Amenities: beach gear, gas grill, shower, bicycles, ping pong table and a spacious screened-in patio with privacy and natural views.
Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Supplies/Linens: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Boat Parking: NO BOAT OR RV PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
Garage Parking: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW GUEST PARKING IN THE GARAGE.

Area info: When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!
