Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property—beautiful home, great layout, and everything was clean and comfortable for our family. The location was perfect, and the team at 360 Blue was friendly and responsive throughout our visit.One small note: the property includes a credit with a specific beach gear rental company, but we found it less convenient and less customer-friendly than San Flea Rentals, which we’ve used on past trips. Other properties we’ve rented in Cape San Blas also included basic beach gear onsite, which was a nice touch. It would be great to see something similar here in the future.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely return. Thanks for a great vacation!

cape san blas Christmas family reunion

First of all the 360Blue team did a fabulous job under the circumstance of no water ( due to extreme cold and broken pipes in city system) at Christmas eve and day and morning after. NO water and NO toilets. Our neighbors had water. They also had a pressure pump to incease water pressure. This property did not have one as the owner stated it did not need one. The property needs a lot of maintenance that the owner is refusing to do. It has a gorgeous ocean view and is second row from beach. Hot tub was great. It is just like picture but images make it look bigger. 360Blue team provided efficient and quick response to all issues. Kudos to Wesley the manager for keeping his team on top of issues. This is a high end $ rental, and property as is does not deserve such valuation
