Family vacation

We loved our stay! Cottage was clean and a perfect location close to the beaches and town. It was nice having the swimming pool right outside our door.

Fantastic Find

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Minor cleanliness issues, and the tub plug would not hold water. Great WIFI, beautiful home, and super convenient with the pool right outside the door. Despite minor inconveniences would highly recommend.

Great place

Barefoot Cottages is great as always if you’re looking for a quick and easy trip. This property was great for our family. Very clean and nice. Only issue was with the code on the front door not working, but they were quick to work on it and help us out. I will say though it is stressful to arrive with road weary family and not be able to get inside easily. I’ll also say the pool was nice but very warm. We don’t come for the pool, but we didn’t get in it as much due to that. It’s Florida in summer, so the pools are going to be warm. I did like how this unit is right beside the parking lot and gate to the pool.

Clean, Convenient, Great Stay!

This home was the perfect getaway. It was spotless and in a great location. It only took a few minutes to get to a beach access and under ten to reach downtown. I loved being in a gated community because it felt very safe. We can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyed the cottage

I went for three nights to visit a friend the cottage was a nice cozy and comfortable spot to relax at the end of each day.

Love House.. But

The house is so nice. Clean except the floor had sand on it. The WI-FI didn’t work the whole time we were there. We even waited on technician to come out. He even told us that has been an on going issue since end of last year. The tv’s upstairs only work they streaming. Can’t stream with no internet. Dealt with this our entire visit. We were there for 4 days. Tracy on site manager did all she could to help. So if you are going here to vacation an work a little. Want be able to. Will not go back.

Vacasa Let Down

Nice place. No internet. Communicated with Vacasa upon arrival on a Tuesday that the internet was not working. It was still not working the next Monday when we left. No internet, no TV. Cell reception is horrible. Vacasa might be good elsewhere, but the local representation was not around much.

Parking passes

Everything was great. Except was told to be sure to use the parking passes There were none at the property. I was worried my car would get towed.Kind off a hassle getting that problem solved

Love the cottages but needs upgrade

When we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of mold. There was a water line across the ceiling that could be where the mold is. The king bed was awesome, really good mattress. When we arrived the headboard in the 2nd bedroom was completely leaned over, all the way over bed. We propped it up but it needs help. The sofa/kitchen were great. There are only 3 chairs on porch and no table to put your coffee. Besides the odor it was very clean and we will stay again, just in another cottage. The pool and quick drive to shops and restaurants was perfect.

Very nice stay!

Quiet place, there are several local restaurants that are very good. Very small town, we ended up going about 10 minutes away because the beach was a little wider. We still had a very nice time.

Perfect for my family!

The location of the house was perfect with the pool steps from the large screened in porch that accommodated all 5 of us. The king size bed was super comfortable and the air mattress allowed all 3 of my kids to sleep upstairs comfortably. The only thing I would change is more towels and throw blankets. Amazing trip!

Charming

I loved the feel of the cottage, felt right at home! All of the necessities were available. We loved being right at the pool for convenience. I was a little worried it may be noisy, but even when several people were there it was not overwhelming.

We enjoyed the cottage, the proximity to the pool, the kitchen, the TVs and wifi, the screen porch and balcony! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was no playground like the site mentioned.

Great place but......

This is a sweet little cottage. However, I read there were 2 playgrounds and there were none. The hot tub wasn't working. It just seemed this cute little neighborhood is going downhill. My only complaint about the cottage was the mattress we slept in was SUPER loud and made noises at the slightest movement of your body which woke up our 1 year old in s pack and play next to our bed so we didn't get a good night's rest during our stay.

Fabulous

The condo is spacious and infused with relaxing beach theme. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within minutes from the condo. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pool isn’t heated. Having been able to use the pool would have made the trip perfect for my girls.

Totally enjoyable stay. The only drawback was location. There wasn't anything to do that didn't require driving. I know this isn't your issue but once we drove to the beach access, it had a lot to be desired.

Barefoot Cottages

Very quiet place, the condo/Apartment we had was directly in front of the pool, the place was very clean, well stocked all we needed to bring was food. TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room. I would stay again if the need arises, we were there on business.
