“5 Stars +. Central location allows walking to all the historic sights. Only a 5 minute walk to the Arena if you are going to an event. The rooms and common areas are great and filled with amenities. Hosts Andrea and Elisabetta are the best. They constantly checked in before and after we arrived. Highly recommended. Remember that if you have a car the Ciry of Verona has barred them from the old city. Parking garages are about a 10 to 15 minute walk. ”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Nice room with river view. Small balcony to stand at. Wifi and aircon working. Few tv channels but we didn't need it. Staff great and lift essential with big bags. Great location for transport and sightseeing. Also places for breakfast and dinner adjacent and just a short walk away. Clean but shower head needs an overhaul. ”

“Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV. Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through. Location is near to……

“It was a surprise for me that the apartment was exactly what was presented on pictures and description. Host, Cris contacted me two days before my stay making sure that we get all the important information about the nearest parking, and how to get and find properly. He was very professional and made sure that we felt welcome. He provided us with a list of recommended places and restaurants.
