He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican……

“因为停车非常非常非常不方便，所以我们没有车；因为没有车，退房前一天让酒店工作人员帮忙约了第二天的出租车；因为意大利人不靠谱，定在早9点的出租车到了9点45还没来。因为出租没来，我们在酒店外苦苦等待；因为等的时间太久，我的相机包在7、8个人的眼皮子底下被人偷了；因为追小偷，我的脚骨折了。没找这家酒店索赔，就算是表示我大国子民的胸襟吧。”
