「Question...was staff helpful? There was no staff, it was self check in. The communication/instructions were recieved were easy to follow and there were no issues. Bathroom shower head needs replacing, but other then that everything was in good order. Community room was stocked well enough for the stay. Overall....great place.」

Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff ( Sunny) was very helpful and friendly. Property is a 5 min walk from train stations and there is an excellent variety of restaurants, both budget and mid-range, within a 3-5 min radius. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I expected a certain standard from a 4-star hotel, but this was a real disappointment. The facilities are very old and worn out. The shower only has a flimsy curtain, so water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor floods after every use. The bedsheets were stained, and the duvet had no cover. The location also felt unsafe, especially at night-lots of homeless people around and it was quite noisy. Overall, not worth the price at all.」
