「This room is big enough for two people with plenty of space to move around. It is a basement level unit with not much light but was not a problem for us bec we were gone most of each day. Very clean. Lots of kitchen utensils. Enough clean towels. Nespresso maker. Good WiFi. Only complaints to make — the shower was difficult to get in and out of to control the water, and there was a long term construction project right outside the building so it was loud starting at 7am on week days. 「Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am. 」

「Great location, Great communication from the host. It was a little confusing to get into the property. Once the host explained everything a second and third time, It was easy access. One thing that needs to be addressed is the shower. Always cold water and no pressure. You need to figure out that you need to open the bathroom sink water and then adjust the temperature. This should be looked into on the hosts end to be fixed. Other than this the place is perfect.」

「This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. 」
