「Excellent 」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「Our stay was lovely, Valentina was so helpful and available to contact if we needed anything! We had the most wonderful stay over new years and enjoyed walking into the centre, the property is about a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum so be prepared for a lot of walking but it meant we were able to find amazing places to eat along the way. The room was clean and warm which was needed on the chilly nights! We loved every second of it here!」

「Loved the location and the balcony kitchen area- even though we weren't there long enough to utilize the kitchen, it was nice to have- same with washing machine availability. Was not aware /missed message about the passport requirement - this took awhile to resolve as management not on premises, but the Irish bar next door made this very tolerable. Also was not aware of the stair climb- this unit would not be suitable for someone who cannot climb multiple stairs, or with multiple bags/heavy...

「Amazing location. High end apartment in every sense of the word with great attention to detail and excellent professionalism. You will get some noise from the crowds on street and we could not figure out the heating system but all and all: met all our expectations and more. 」
