"We had accidentally booked the day before arrival due to flight departure time and arrival dates. In asking to adjust the hotel by one day and just push our reservation a day back, the hotel was super unaccomodating. While we didn’t ask for a refund just asked to push the arrival day by one, wouldn’t help at all. Pretty disappointing service for a 4 star hotel. "

"Clean, very good location. They don’t have all amenities ready in the room but just ask the receptionist and they will support everything!"

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"We are a family of five from the U.S. We stayed in the family room which is really two adjoined rooms. It was perfect for us. One room has a queen bed and a twin bed, the other room has a king bed and a twin bed. Our two older children slept in one room while me, my wife, and our youngest slept in the other. The lights were a little confusing but we got it down after one night. We stayed two days and would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling from the U.S. with a similar family size as ours."

"The location was perfect. There was a mini mart and access to all forms of transportation within easy walking distance. The roof top bar had a nice view and good drinks. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff was the kindest and most professional we’ve had on our trip to Italy. The beds were comfortable. I would have like to turn the AC lower - it was a bit warmer than the temp I prefer to sleep at, but during the day was perfect. "

"Hotel was well located and most famous areas just a twenty minute walk away such as trevi fountain and Pantheon. two meters nearby around 10-15 minutes away also. Breakfast is basic (toast, cereal, yoghurt) but good and a nice atmosphere served by friendly staff."
