「We found QT Suites to be charming but the biggest joy for us was Larissa. She greeted us with a cordial hospitality like all front desk person should but it just got better as days went on. She was kind, always had a smile and was very helpful throughout our stay until the end. Even on her day off, she made sure our taxi arrangements were on schedule. We would come back and stay again. I hope Larissa would still be with y’all. 」

「The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!」

「酒店这么高的评分实在是名不符实。罗马去过很多次，酒店价格真是很随意，这家性价比与周边差，但价格却较高。房间很小，连个字台都摆不下。早餐很简单，品质也很一般。」

「It's a nice hotel without zero to one bar wifi signal. Wifi outside the hotel is stronger than our room. I asked them to solve the issue three times and one of their staff told me to pay to have better wifi while there wasn't any wifi signal to begin with. They never solved the wifi issue 」
