Personalet er meget venligt og serviceminded, men har ingen engelskkundskaber. "I had the best time EVER! The property was located a few miles from the Rome airport and only five miles from the city center. The owners son Gabriel picked us up from the airport and his English was great. Our room was spotlessly clean and air conditioned. "The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything in Rome."
