「整体体验不错，而且酒店有租车接送机场的服务。酒店比较老，电梯狭窄。但是200多年的建筑，要的也就是这种体验。距离万神殿很近，就1分钟的路。距离其他地方也都不算远。去梵蒂冈和西班牙广场是比较远的，大约有2公里多。都是步行范围之内。」

「coffee in the room was a great help!! the staff was very friendly and helpful. location is great very walkable in all directions. Close to late night eats an early breakfast. They did offer breakfast but we did not get the chance to eat there. location felt very safe at all hours. The A/C was stronger in some rooms than others depending on your room layout- so if you travel in the summer keep that in mind. 「Location to historic area was the reason we booked here. Staffing was limited to 8 am to 20 pm and we’re generally helpful. However the technology of the systems was unnecessarily cumbersome. To turn lights off & on took a phone remote. On the first morning I swiped wrong and disengaged the entire remote. No one is on staff until 8 AM so we had to stumble around in the dark until we woke up enough to remember an alternate light switch. Shower was beautiful but the overhead sprayer dripped...

「Friendly staff. A few items in disrepair such as cooker hob grill, lack of adequate kitchenware (no flat spatula for basic frying eggs), shower door rubber side not properly on. Otherwise a fantastic location, super convenient.」

「First of all the entrance is daunting. Everything is by keypad. As a 71 year old once we entered through the old door from the street using the key pad we found ourselves having to carry the luggage up a extra long flight of stairs to get to the rickety old elevator to take us to the fifth floor. 「Great location! Clean and convenient Not many extra spaces like lounge or bar in the hotel. But it was a nice place to stay.」

「Good property in a good location. Only complaint is on booking check in time is 12. However when getting there we were told its any time after 12 and not 12 (one of the reasons we chose this particular property). Staff was friendly though and had room ready by 1pm」

「Great view and staff. Location was prime for walking around the city of Rome. 20 minutes away from all the major attractions. Some reviews will knock the cleanliness or conditions of the room but it was exactly how I imagined iy. Limited staff hours but your booking s renovated apartment basically so if you want a traditional hotel go that route. This was great would definitely reconsider this location again. AC worked, bathroom, sink, toilet, everything was great.」

「Our stay was very good. The room was a bit small with our 2 large suitcases, but we moved a couple things around and made it work just fine for a 5 night stay. The room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast served right to our room each morning and they booked our taxi for us for the early morning when we had to leave. The property was also very close to a market store and a bus stop, which was very convenient.」
