"Despite an electrical issue on the first night, the management team responded quickly, arranged an alternative stay at another property, and even coordinated a taxi pickup the following morning with clear communication. While the start wasn’t ideal, the remainder of my stay at the property exceeded expectations. "Overall very good. Staff was very helpful with booking taxi on our checkout at 3am since our flight was at 6 am so no trains. Bathroom shower was a bit small but ok. Close to Train station. Walkable to Trevi fountain and Colosseum. Pretty good restaurant on the rooftop. Mini fridge with free drinks and small snacks which were great after roaming around in hot weather. Would stay again.
