「Question...was staff helpful? There was no staff, it was self check in. The communication/instructions were recieved were easy to follow and there were no issues. Bathroom shower head needs replacing, but other then that everything was in good order. Community room was stocked well enough for the stay. Overall....great place.」

Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The room is newly renovated and clean. But the main problem is the building got power failure twice during our stay and really impacting. 」

The shower only has a flimsy curtain, so water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor floods after every use. The bedsheets were stained, and the duvet had no cover.
