"Breakfast was lovely catered for everyone Room was clean and comfy Staff really friendly and helpful"

"The only reason why this property got a two star rating was that the rooms were incredibly clean and the location was very good to restaurants and nightlife. However, I understood that there was no elevator however, nowhere was there any indication that you could be going up 2 1/2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage in Janeiro stairways and some without railings which was incredibly dangerous. I’m not sure how this receives an 8.7 rating because out of the three people that checked in the same day we did we were all very upset at the fact that none of this was explained in the description or we would not have booked."

"Great location for train station cruise terminal (15 min cab ride). Close to shops so you can buy any last minute items including a ‘Boots the chemist’ for pharmacy items. Nice hotel. We have stayed there twice now"
