  • I just moved here. I'm still trying to find the "cool" places to shoot. I did find this dock overlooking the northwestern section of Lake Houston. It was a very picturesque dock. Pretty peaceful too. I'm sure I'll be back with a good book when the weather cools. :)

Porter Stay

Great property. Funky zoning, though. Kitchen needed some things: a sponge, a sharp knife, dishwasher soap. We made it work, but kitchen supplies could be better. Perfectly fit our family of five. Excellent location for groceries and airport. Would recommend.

Dog friendly

This was a great place for us and our fur baby, all 85 pounds of her! She had a securely fenced backyard so we could let her out to explore & potty off leash. The neighborhood has sidewalks for her walks. The location was perfect: close to all the events that brought us to the area. The local host was accessible, responsive & quick to handle the few questions/problems we had.We would definitely stay here again.
