Door codes are released at 4:00 PM once registration and deposit are complete.
Reservation Policies
Check-In and Codes: Codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in outside the 4 PM–11 AM window is a violation.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Deposit Requirement: A $100 incidental deposit and full registration must be completed before codes are shared.
Deposit Release: Refunds are issued 3–7 days after checkout.
Complaints: Must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.
Early Departure: Must be reported immediately. Submit an alteration request so unused nights can be refunded and the calendar reopened.
Reservation Changes: Must be made before 10 AM daily. Changes cannot be made after 10 AM due to system limits.
Refunds: No courtesy refunds. Full refunds require immediate check-out with an alteration request.
Amenities and Cleaning: Requests must be made 24 hours in advance, before 10 AM, so the team can deliver or resolve next day.
Incidental Deposit Policy
Deposit Hold: $100 preventive fee collected via third party (per Airbnb policy).

Registration Policy
Mandatory for all guests.
Requires submission of valid ID for every guest and a credit card scan.
Failure to complete both deposit and registration will result in reservation termination without refund.
House Rules
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM (unauthorized late check-out may result in a charge up to one night’s rate, deducted from the security deposit).
General Rules:
No smoking indoors or on the property – $300 penalty and immediate dismissal without refund.
No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Police callouts due to noise, parties, or disruptive behavior will result in a $250 penalty and dismissal without refund.
Trash must be disposed of properly. Leaving trash outside the unit incurs a $100 penalty. Use the large cans at the building entrance when bins are full.
Any damage to the property or common areas will result in charges based on repair/replacement costs.
Before Check-out:
Turn off all lights, A/C, water, and gas/stove.
Lock the door securely.
