“Perfect for what we need.”

“Lovely historical home. We enjoyed all the interesting things and explanations they had around the house.”

“Perfect getaway spot for a couple!”

“From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out it was a flawless experience. The property is amazing, and right next to Lagoon amusement park. Easy access, and the hot tub sealed the deal. I will recommend this location to anyone!”

“Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bot zu viert mehr als ausreichend Platz. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Blick auf den Salt Lake. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!”

“We loved our stay there”

“Great property-a lot of fun for the family both inside and outside.”

“Quite a bit of garbage around. And the listing said two king beds when there was only one. It also said bunkbeds and there weren’t. So three less beds than expected. But owner was very helpful and nice.”

“Good location, nice size”

“We were there for three nights. The house is away from the big towns and very quiet. The host was very nice. The property was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there for an event in Layton. It was about a 20 min drive. But the drive was worth it. If we ever have a need to stay near Layton, Utah again we would consider this place first. We highly recommend this place.”

“Beautiful place, wonderful amenities, great location. Pool and pickleball courts are very nice.”

“We traveled from Hawaii and never been to Utah. I wanted a place that would accommodate a party of 5. This place was perfect for us to sleep comfortable. Very spacious and clean. The parking area was convenient. It was nice to park the car and didn’t require us to walk up stairs with all of our luggage. A few days before heading to Utah, we watched the fires that started to break out in Utah. Being that we never been to Utah and didn’t know the area where the fires were happening, I reached……

“Excellent stay and location. Great place to stay. Can't wait to come back next year!! Very well equipped and pleasant. Nothing but great things to say.”

“If you are going to the Salt Lake/Layton area, this is so ideal. Very cute, safe neighborhood, surrounded by majestic views with 2 different balconies. We chose the back bedroom with the balcony and view of the mountains. It was clean and fully updated. Even the towels were soft! The bed was comfortable and had very nice bedding. It was a nice size and a TV in each room. I am definitely hoping this place is available on my next visit to the area.”

“Great stay for us!”

“Clean, well equipped, comfortable.”

“It was hard to get a response from the property owner. I got an extra charge on my credit card and no reply after messaging on the app multiple times. The apartment smelled weird but I did appreciate the cute home and decor. It’s an old building and walls are paper thin so you hear everything upstairs, heads up.”
