Romantic-scenic getaway

Celebrating 25 yr marriage. Went in early April. The condo was as seen on advertisement. To us “Perfect”! Comfortable, spacious and all that we needed. We are on the balcony morning, noon and evening. Location was amazing. We were able to book Cave Boat excursion, hiking, and a visit to a vineyard. All within an hour of our condo. Close to city amenities. Such as grocery stores, gas station and shopping center. Smaller amenities around the corner. Plenty of restaurants, souvenir, shops, and dessert bars. Touristy but not crazy and the beach was the best! Clean, even a boardwalk for those late night strolls. A must see, a must visit, a must stay. Host communicated in English. And their caretaker met us at the front door. So easy and convenient! We hope that the Host will have us again in the future. Until then….safe travels

Main Street Apartment with Amazing View

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stock. Could use a kettle to boil water for tea. Location and the view was amazing. Paula was very helpful when we had trouble setting up the WiFi. My husband was disappointed the TV in the bedroom did not work. Maybe due to weather and time of season we had to mop the back balcony a few time as it collected water. Overall lovely apartment and area. Certainly will recommend it.

Great place, great location, can't beat the view.

Excellent location in the heart of Portimao yet not loud. The apartment has an incredible view, good air conditioning and lots of space and drawers. Bathroom is small but shower is excellent. I would have liked a few more basics, like dishwasher soap and laundry soap and hand soap and toilet paper (we were given one roll for our 5 night stay) and beach towels- because I don't want to buy a beach towel that I can't take with me in my luggage space and I can't wash the shower towels because there is no laundry soap. Maybe this is just me being accustomed to having these things in a rental and maybe it is not common in Portugal, I'm not sure. Otherwise the place was excellent.

Urlaub mit Meeresblick

Im Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor Allem den tollen Meerblick vom Balkon genossen. Praia da Rocha ist sehr touristisch aber auf dem Balkon im 6. OG konnten man das rege Treiben auf der Tourimeile vorbeiziehen lassen. Alles im Allem: erholsam und gut!

Amazing Sea view apartment

Fantastic apartment. Very clean, amazing balcony view of the Priya da Rocha coast, Shop, Restraunts & Bars all within a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Great location and view

I stayed at this apartment 6/2/23-20/3/23, in the off season. Great location overlooking the beach at Praia Da Rocha, with a fantastic view from the apartment. Since it was the off season there weren’t many people (good) but not much open (bad). Served my needs well, responsive landlord and manager.

Calma do mar.

Na primeira linha da praia ,esta propriedade tem uma vista espetacular que remete á calma e paz. Porém á noite está na rua mais movimentada de turismo. Boa para pessoas jovens,pois aproveitamos o dia e a noite. Gostei muito ☺️

Location Location

Great location with great views of the beaches. Property clean and large enough for a couple or small family. Good communication with host/property management. Other than some minor things,Overall great experience. Some notes: balcony railing felt a little too low so if you have young kids keep that in mind. Also apparent door is hard to lock so a little tricky. Would recommend and would go back.

Du bon et du moins bon

Malgré ses efforts, le propriétaire n'a pas réussi à faire réparer un des 2 volets roulants de la baie vitrée, resté ferme toute la durée de notre séjour. Donc demi-vue sur mer et .... immeuble en construction. Vraiment dommage.

Una estancia muy agradable

Inmejorable su situación, a pie de playa y con una vista panorámica del mar que invitaba a no despegarse de la terraza. Absolutamente recomendable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Strandblick

Die gemütliche Wohnung ist super für einen Aufenthalt in direkter Strandnähe - Meerblick von Balkon und Wohnzimmer inklusive! Drumherum liegt die viel besuchte und befahrene Promenadenstraße. Dort ist viel los, allerdings hat man so auch alles in der Nähe: Restaurants, Shops, Geldautomat, usw. Das Schlafzimmer zur anderen Seite ist ruhig, die Küche funktional. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug, was für den sechsten Stock eine angenehme Erleichterung ist.
