The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. "Super location for all the fabulous beaches and there’s everything you need close by like a supermarket and a small but very good choice of bars and eating places. Room was small but really modern and very clean with comfy bed and a sea view which was worth the little extra cost. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you want to head out of the little town itself you would need a bike hire or car as its a bit remote and taxis are hard to come by and expensive - but we ended up just walking up and down the miles of beaches. We were a bit concerned about it being above 3 bars but don't be, they aren't rowdy places and sound proofing is excellent - actually we ended up liking the buzz of people chatting in the restaurants whilst sat on the balcony."

"Could not have asked for a better location. Right in the center of all of the amazing restaurants and shops. Make sure to take a cruise around the Peninsula and eat fresh fish. The town is truly a step back in history"

"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."
