Not handicapped equipped, or ADA accessible, communal spa, year round gym and seasonal pool; for registered guests only. Access with fob, located in entry area of the condo, use for amenities and trash disposal. Guests must comply with HOA/CC&R Regulations. REGULATION SWIMWEAR only, no cut offs or T-shirts.
Park in the driveway associated or use the garage to this unit do not park in other driveways. Park on off streetcar second car, strict towing regulations. A personal code for entrance is provided prior to occupancy to be used on both streetwise and garage man door.
