A unique apartment duplex in the heart of historical Vancouver right across from John Ball Park; a short drive away to the Vancouver Waterfront and Esther Short park; and easily accessible public transportation and freeway. Only 10 min drive to Portland, OR.

Fully renovated and fully furnished with brand new furniture and new appliances. Ideal for couples and business travelers seeking long term stays.

The studio features an open concept with comfortable sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, designated working space, and dining area. Nice and cozy sitting area with an electric fireplace and a Roku tV perfect for evening movie nights. Fast wi fi with over 600mbps, and more.

Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations with full size appliances. It has a pantry with a toaster, air fryer, drip coffee maker, and more.

The bedroom features a king size bed with deluxe bedding.

Washer and dryer are inside the unit. A good size backyard will be perfect for your pets (not fully fenced). A park across the street will be perfect for evening walks. Street parking.
