Traveled with my teenage son and the space was just right. The location was great, just a short walk down to all the fun. Room was clean and had all the essentials; mini fridge, microwave, air conditioner, shower, tv with tons of streaming. Definitely recommend!

The room looked exactly like it was pictured. We were sent our unit number and key code before we arrived. So when we arrived, we just went in. We had one problem with our key code after we had used it. We sent a text message and it was fixed immediately. Will definitely be going back!

Our stay went very well overall, and everything listed in the description was present upon arrival. The location is convenient and the hotel is pleasantly quiet, which we greatly appreciated. However, the room could have been cleaner — there was still toilet paper in the bowl when we arrived, which suggests a lack of attention to detail during housekeeping. Additionally, several features in the room are outdated and in need of maintenance, such as the main window blind, which was broken and let in too much light. For these reasons, I unfortunately cannot give a 5-star rating — or even 4 stars — despite the good aspects of our stay.

This was a wonderful stay. Very quiet and clean. Modern living area, with a very comfortable bed. This is not like other rooms down the beach… this was nice. No bad smell from prior people staying. Absolutely one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. All the extras are provided for you. Just a pleasant layout and WE WILL BE BACK 🙏❤️

The room was very nice and wasn't like a traditional motel room. It was very clean and had a nice ocean theme. The bathroom was a little small, as well as the shower's. But i would recommend staying there.

It worked for what we needed for a quick, inexpensive weekend stop, but it's a bit tight for 3 people. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The wifi was iffy, but that's an easy fix, and having Roku TV was nice. It's on the first floor beside the parking lot so we had easy access to our car, for loading and unloading luggage. It's not on the beach, but it's a short two minute drive from the beach and even closer to Asian House Chinese food, Davids Subs for breakfast, and Dollar General. I loved the location.

The property seems to be going through some renovations. Room was clean and staff was friendly. But, it was advertised as a standard studio with kitchenette - there were pans in the new cabinets, but no cooktop or toaster oven. Just a microwave, small refrig. and toaster. Location was good, walkable to see a performance at the Seaside Pavilion, and about a 15-20 min. walk to the beach.

We were impressed by the @ home atmosphere of the owners offering a hot plate, sink, untensils, cookware, mini fridge. Very welcoming decor/bright & light. Management were very nice/courteous. The downside is that it could have been cleaner - floors and baseboards, etc. Shower wasn't that efficient re: hot enough water. We would return though. Waiting to make sure we get a receipt for staying an extra night and it not going through via the internet/just dealt w/ the management, directly.

Pacman studio

Check in was easy with combo lock. No need to check in at hotel. Room was average size with everything you would need for cooking. Has small sink fridge combo . Which I had never seen before. Room was average in size. if your looking for an inexpensive place to crash while your in town. It does the job. Quarter mile downhill to beach. The updates to make this look more oalita le were just pieces of wood going up the wall. Looked a lot better in pics. Big surprise was the Mrs pacman on the wall. Had a bit of fun till we realized the joystick does not move Mrs pacman down. Just up and side to side but still fun. Place was clean host was very nice. It is what it is. Nice place to stay in a budget.

Hard time getting into the room as it was a code and we had to have it changed three times, electric fireplace only for looks do not use the heat as it blew the fuses and our power went out, bed extremely firm but comfortable. Left a partial drink on the counter came back to ants. Room was nicely decorated
