Located on a quiet residential street just a minute's walk from the University of Southern Maine and a 10 minute walk to downtown. This bright and airy retreat blends timeless character with fresh, thoughtful touches.

Walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and enjoy easy parking with one spot in the driveway and free, available on-street parking.
House Rules:
- Please park in front of the left garage bay at the end of the driveway
- Please do not start any fires in the back yard
- No smoking in the house

The property was extremely clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was a little hard to find the dining room light switch. which was on the chandelier! It would be helpful to have a table for food preparation in the kitchen. The owner needs to explain where the recycling goes, as it was in the garage, not outside. We would definitely go to the same place if we return to Portland.
