Everything we needed and great location

Great location, close to shops, the airport, and downtown. We were a group of eight friends and the house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably. It had everything we needed and was in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great stay for the 6 of us!

We had our adult children/spouses with us for a Christmas trip to Portland. It was perfect for us. Loved that we could pull into the garage in the poor weather!

Wonderful stay!

This house perfectly fit our needs as we attended our oldest son‘s wedding at Bridal Veil Lake. The house was clean, spacious, everything was provided that we would need. Upon checking in, we did notice a couple of things that needed tended to (slow toilet flush, lightbulbs needing replaced, tv remotes not working), but communication with Descansa was prompt and courteous and everything was taken care of the next day. I would love to return to the gorgeous Troutdale area to explore more, and this would be my #1 pick for a place to stay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Troutdale home

Pleasant spot for a small family reunion. The outdoor space was welcome,and the beer on tap was a hit. Had a small glitch with the entry code, there was no promised grill, and the bedrooms were quite warm even with the ac. It's an easy walk to the Edgefoeld event center if there happened to be music there

Edgefield Stay

The property was very well appointed. The beer on tap and the music systems throughout the home was very nice. We used the hot tub, which was awesome. The property is walking distance to Edgefield for concerts and restaurants. Also walking distance to downtown Troutdale. Three private bedrooms and extra beds in another open room. Plenty of room for five plus adults!

Convenient Location near hiking & cute downtown Troutdale.

Keyless check-in was seamless. I had a question about the heating system & called the owner, who answered immediately with a helpful answer. We are three retired sisters and we wanted a safe, quiet neighborhood with a garage (check) and three separate bedrooms (check). It had amenities we didn’t use (beer on tap, hot tub), but would be fun for the right person. Couldn’t find an electric teakettle, which would be a nice addition. Convenient location close to the beautiful Columbia Gorge (Sandy River walk); downtown Troutdale (cute shops, ate at a greatThai/Japanese restaurant) and near McMenimans. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good restaurants nearby. Troutdale is a short drive from some lovely parks and walking trails. Really appreciated that the rentalq65had AC. Outdoor daytime temps reached 100 several days

Great house for a small group

Great house with fun amenities such as a hot tub, record player and a beer tap. Loved that it was close to McMenamins. Fast communication when I had questions.

Great Concert Location Stay, Bummer Hot Tub

This is a perfect location within walking distance for a concert at Edgefield. The kitchen stove and microwave were dirty and several light bulbs were burnt out through the house. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. The patio and hot tub were covered in debris and spider/cob webs. We sprayed everything off to open the hot tub. It was only 1/3 full and the chemical floater was on the side of the tub, covered in leaves and dirt and it looked like the filter was missing. I contacted management and they stated that the hot tub was serviced last week...we were invited to fill the tub ourselves. Anyone that has dealt with hot tubs knows it will take several hours to a day to get the hot tub up to a usable temp. We added water, but didn't feel good about the chemicals or filter. We did not use the hot tub during our stay which was one of the main reasons we selected the property.
