Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison mit tollem Wetter und Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen. Eine tolle Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht, um sich auch selbst etwas zu kochen. Supermarkt, Bäcker - alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Und auch die Parkplätze sind zahlreich und schnell erreichbar. Gern wieder. Vielen Dank

Bello e brutto!

Premetto che l' Elba è meravigliosa e il soggiorno è stato fantastico tra gite in barca ed acqua cristallina!!!! L'appartamento è centrale, comodo, con una bella vista! Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto pulirlo appena arrivati , perché chi era passato a farlo prima di noi aveva lasciato il terrazzo, le sedie ed il pavimento sporchi. La proprietaria ci ha scontato il costo delle pulizie. Il vero problema è l'odore persistente e sgradevolissimo nelle scale (tra l'altro non pulite)e nel bagno. Peccato, questo rovina una recensione che porteva essere abbastanza buona.

Ottima posizione

Appartamento piccolino ma con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Posizione fantastica a 150 mt daare, dal noleggio barche e da tutti i ristoranti. Unica nota negativa la via è molto rumorosa, con gente che strilla o camion che scaricano sin dalle prime ore del mattino.

Appartamento piccolino, perfetto per una coppia.

La posizione dell'appartamento è stata perfetta per noi. Centralissimo, ma raggiungibile in macchina, perché non è in zona pedonale. Vicinissimo al supermercato e ad una piccola spiaggia ... il che non guasta , perché non sempre si ha voglia di fare escursioni. Il balconcino è molto piccolo ma gode di una vista spettacolare. Alla sera basta scendere di casa, attraversare la strada e si è subito in uno dei più bei vicoli di Porto Azzurro, comodissimo. Il paese è a mio parere il più bello dell'isola, il più raffinato. Ci sono vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze, alla fine di giugno erano già piuttosto affollati, ma alla fine un posto si trovava. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma dotato di tutto. Se devo trovare un difetto posso dire che la zona è un po' rumorosa al mattino, ma essendo noi piuttosto mattinieri non ci abbiamo fatto molto caso. La qualità prezzo è molto buona e i proprietari gentilissimi.

Tolle kleine Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man sich wünschen kann. Sie liegt sehr zentral am Hafen, sodass man bequem zu Fuß einkaufen, bummeln und Essen gehen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur Verfügung. Kommen gerne wieder und Porto Azzurro ist einfach auch ein netter Hafenort.

punto a favore la posizione, in centro e zona pedonale - vista mare dal balconcino. Appartamento essenziale ma ben curato nei dettagli - cucina piccola ma accessoriata - consigliato per 3 persone per non dover aprire/chiudere divano letto matrimoniale.

L'appartement est propre, mais il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine ( casseroles, saladier ) pas de placard de rangements pour l'alimentation. Il est situé en bord de mer mais le soir c'est très bruyant, impossible de s'endormir avant 1 heure du matin. Gros problème de parking, la place à côté il est payant, 1 euro la demi heure, sinon se garer au parking de la poste quand il y a des places. Il fait très chaud à l'intérieur, la clim est en supplément et le prix est déjà assez élevé pour un tout petit appartement. le soir sur la place il y a des sonos et la musique est à fond pire qu'en discothèque. A par tout cela la propriétaire est très gentille. Mais je ne le conseille pas pour des vacances au calme.

buona vacanza

Buongiorno, sono stata in questo appartamento una settimana, direi che l'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Devo fare solo due appunti, uno è solo per la doccia che sarebbe meglio anziché la tenda mettere qualcosa di fisso in modo da non bagnare il bagno. L'altro invece, l'entrata della palazzina.... sarebbe da sistemare perché di giorno con il caldo c'era un odore proprio sgradevole. Comunque come appartamento lo consiglio perché proprio situato a ridosso del centro e del porto. Molto gentile anche la Sig.ra Fiorella.

Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza spensierata

Appartamento centralissimo ristrutturato da poco. Luminoso, spazioso, arredato nei minimi particolari. La posizione fantastica consente di trascorrere momenti piacevoli sul balcone vista mare o di uscire in qualsiasi momento per una passeggiata tra la gente, un bagno nella spiaggetta di fronte o una escursione piacevole verso la spiaggia Barbarossa. Io e la mia famiglia ringraziamo di cuore Fiorella e suo marito per l' ospitalità e per le preziose indicazioni che ci hanno fornito.

Appartamento molto accogliente

L'appartamento appena ristrutturato offre ogni comodità, ben arredato, si trova in pieno centro paese, nonostante l'assenza del posto auto non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a trovare posto nei parcheggi di Porto Azzurro. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.Unico neo forse il rumore che arriva dalla strada.

Appartamento risttutturato da poco con gusto. Posizione strategica in paese. Verdura coltivata nell'orto dei proprietari come regalo di benvenuto. Consiglio di portare teli da doccia che non vengono forniti.
