Fantastica location

Pros: Casa perfetta per famiglie numerose in posizione strepitosa con terrazza esclusiva vista mare. Ottimo anche il servizio di checkin in presenza.che ci ha accolti prima dell'orario previsto. Locazione pet friendly assolutamente apprezzata. Cons: Sicuramente l'immobile necessita di manutenzione continua ma la posizione centrale fa superare ogni dettaglio meno favorevole. Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa è il fatto che il secondo bagno non è dotato di doccia e che porrei più attenzione alla pulizia sotto i mobili. Un pochino rumorosa la città mattutina ma l'immobile offre buone finestre insonorizzate con climatizzatore e ventilatori aggiuntivi. Implementerei la fornitura base di cortesia come canovaccio/tovaglia e detergenti per la pulizia che al checkout sicuramente un ospite cortese utilizza volentieri. Terrazza strepitosa che offre molteplici possibilità di abbellimento ulteriore.
