"An absolutely gorgeous hotel right on the marina in Ponta Delgada. The excursions booking staff was so helpful, great response time even before arrival. They booked our excursions and even helped us with the rental car and had it delivered to the hotel. A bottle of wine at check in and cookies and tea for turn down service are definitely bonuses. The gym was a great size; the spa amenities a bit small for the size of hotel, but clean and nice. The rooftop restaurant had great light bites and the breakfast buffet was fully stacked with everything you could imagine. We loved our stay here"
