This apartment was specially designed and decorated combining the original ancient look with premium design and equipment so you can enjoy your stay in the most comfortable way! It is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as it has a double bed and a sofa bed. Its beautiful balcony facing the sunrise is perfect for the morning breakfast or for some drinks while enjoying the beautiful view of Oporto city. The bathroom is private and with all the amenities so you don't need to worry about it. After getting a relaxing shower go to 'Bolhão' market and with those fresh ingredients prepare a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen, yummy! With that gourmet dinner and a great Douro red wine at your table, the cozy ambience will make you feel at home. In winter time, the air conditioning will keep you warm inside! Also, there is a baby cot avaliable so you can bring the whole family with you!

Small local market stores located at typical and cozy squares, provide you all the types of local products. Nearby, the Art District is where you will find the studios and galleries of the artistic trend and where you can also enjoy very nice exhibitions of international artists. The flat is also close to a very old city theater - Teatro Carlos Alerto - where you can watch some music, dance and performance plays. Opposite to the theater you have one of the most trendy 'corners' for an after dinner drink - 'Aduela' pub. This neighborhood is located in the UNESCO's World Heritage area. Remember you are staying in a cosmopolitan center where people do their daily lives and routines, so you will merge in the Oporto’s lifestyle. The citizens are very friendly and they like to help. How to get here:
 By METRO: The nearest metro station is called 'Trindade'. Once you get there it takes a 6 minute walk to get to the apartment. From airport take line E (purple) straight to Trindade (30 minutes). By TRAIN: The nearest train station is called São Bento. Once you get there it takes a 10 minute walk straight to the apartment. TIP: You can always catch a TAXI to get you anywhere within a low fair price.

• If you wish to do a late check in, until 23h, it is possible but implies a payment of a 25 € fee in cash on the moment of the check-in (arrival), if the late check-in is after 23h the fee is 40 €;
 • If you wish to do a late check-out, until 18h, (depending on availability) it is possible but implies a payment of a 25 € fee in cash on the moment of the check-in (arrival);
• During your stay, it is possible to demand an extra cleaning service for 30 €. It includes: - Clean towels and sheets - House cleaning - New shower gel, shampoo and soap.
• If you wish to have a welcome basket waiting for you when you arrive, it has a cost of 20 € and includes: -Bread -Tea -Coffee -Water -Jam -Butter -Biscuits -Fruit On top of that you can order a bottle of red Douro wine for 10 €.

Note: Both of these two services must be paid in cash during the check-in.
