I am genuinely shocked by the score of this place. It is well-located and the building looks cool from outside but apart from these we were not satisfied at all. The door of our room was so thin we could here every step inside the building. The bathroom was smelly, covered with a half transparent wall. When we arrived at breakfast room at 9 (it is open 8 to 10) even already limited food options were already gone. The worst of all, when we check out we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours. (It is counted among their services on Expedia) The front desk was empty and the staff did not know English so we used a translation application. They affirmed but a few hours later we were asked to pick up our luggage at 4 pm - with a very short notice. To sum up, no privacy whatsoever, heavily understaffed, and needs lots of renovation.

The place is very old, stairs uneven and the place is not attractive . The bathroom is crudely added to the room. The location is not convenient. The staff is very nice and friendly. They charged 20 Euros for checking in at 9 pm. Breakfast is okay and has fresh squeezed orange juice.

It small cozy place, needs more upgrades but the breakfast was awesome. My husband had a knee problem and there are no elevators and rooms are on the second and third floor, so it was very inconvenient. Isabel who helped us checked in was very helpful and a nice person I would give her a 5 star 🌟

Staff were excellent, very helpful and nice. The rooms are very small, bathroom installed in the room after remodel and the floors in our room were uneven, so the water after shower leaked out of the shower to the old wooden floor. However, this is a minor issue, as the property kept the vibe of the time, about 100 y.o.
