Property Review - 7 week stay...

Our stay was January 21st to March 11th, 2025. I would rate the stay 2.5 stars. We had to move to the living room for the last three weeks to avoid the bedroom.Good points: Great location near restaurants and public transportation, a large apartment for the price, a free cleaning was provided, fast responses from the company, and a great kitchen, front room, and balcony.Neutral points: Proximity to a police station leads to sirens, and nearby building renovations cause daytime construction noise.Bad points: Mold in the bedroom ceiling caused serious health issues (including a trip to the emergency room), mosquito problem, lack of general repairs when requested, requirement to keep bedroom blinds closed due to a nearby restaurant, and a bathroom that doesn't dry quickly or completely.I hope this review does not exclude me from future GuestReady properties, however, the above are facts. Despite its great location and size,I would not stay in this property again because of the mold and mosquitoes.

L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos : grand, lumineux, propre et confortable.Il est très bien situé : à côté d’une station de métro où passent 5 lignes dont celle de l’aéroport (à 25 min) et 30 min à pied du centre historique.Quelques points d’amélioration :dans la cuisine : ustensiles manquants tels que passoire, couteaux coupants, planche à découper, torchon, kit de base sel/poivre/huile/vinaigredans le séjour : store manquant à une porte-fenêtre qui peut être gênant si des personnes dorment dans le canapé-lit Sinon, tout était parfait : nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce logement même pour une longue durée.S

In love with Porto

Het appartement is zeer gerieflijk. In de keuken misten we een paar dingen als een snijplank en keukendoeken. Maar op zich goede keuken. Bed uitstekend en een heerlijke douche. Goed gelegen, met een leuke wandeling belandt je in het centrum. Parkeren is een uitzoekissue.
