A lovely home!

I really enjoyed my “home away from home” here! Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. You MUST watch the video provided after your booking is confirmed so you can easily find it. Be orepared to walk hills and stairs as it is above the historic district with beautiful views of the river and the Ribiera waterfront from outside by the church.

Location is good to get around in Porto

The property was clean in general and location was convenient to get around in Porto. Note that the property was split in 3 levels - it feels so tiny. 1st bedroom was located in the loft so watched out your head when moving around, nothing to hang the clothes. We had to go down to use the bathroom a floor below (not convenient). A master bedroom plus the 2nd bathroom were on the second, and the dining and sitting area at the bottom floor (quite spacious). Bathrooms were very small with no toiletries other than toilet papers. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner. No kitchen towels and bathroom mats. Beds were comfortable though. Wanted to share more details about the property so the next visitors can better prepare for the stay.

This is a nice space in a good location. However, dealing with the property management was frustrating. They constantly said "if there is anything we can help with, let us know" but when you brought up issues they would not even try to help. This place is bare minimum and doesn't even provide dish towels. Also the locked gate and door makes it impossible to use the lock box to share the one set of keys effectively.
