Nice appartement

Nice appartement, enough space, balconies, supermarket closeby. Not very central, 5km from central, beach 2 km. Not the best and inspiring neighbourhood.

Matress needs to be changed. You can feel the springs in your body when you try to sleep. For the value paid it's not good at all. The toaster looks disgusting. Not clean for sure. The toilet sink needs to be unclogged. For last the house was full of dust. Completely not acceptable for sure. Looks like it was cleaned in a rush. Good things: spacious house and with heating and some free parking available around.

There are a lot of stains all over the walls wich gave the house the impression that it was dirty. B

There are a lot of stains all over the walls wich gave the house the impression that it was dirty. But worst of all, the pillows and blanket were very thirty with yellow stains. I could not use the pillows at all and it was not at all a comfortable experience The heating was not working too. I sent multiple e-mails to change the pillows and blanket (with pictures) and fix the heating but did not get reaction from Guestready. Last but not least (very important to pay attention to) the house is on the Gia city side not Porto and is around 3 to 4 km to Porto touristic attractions. Public transport is complicited to use and takes at least 1h in best cases to get to Porto and even gets complicated in the late evening(at least 2 buses or a bus and métro with around 10min walks to get to Porto ).

Nicht wie beschrieben

- Überall schwarzer Schimmel im Bad - Durchgelegene Matratzen sowie Couch - schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter - alte Geräte die kaum funktionieren - Veränderung des Angebots während der Mietzeit um Schäden zu kaschieren - defekte Elektrogeräte - fragwürdige Elektrik in der Küche Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend. Hier wurde mit Fotos getrickst und die Verwalter sind uneinsichtig. Das erste und letzte Mal das wir uns für GuestReady und ihre Apartments entschieden haben!

Schönes Apartment in Gaia

Porto ist toll. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut, um irgendwohin zu gelangen, allerdings kann man auch wie die Kirche ums Dorf fahren. Von außen erstmal nicht so beindruckend, sobald man aber das Haus betritt, ist alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Und hab ich gesagt, dass Porto schön ist?
