The property could not have been better located. Plenty of good restaurant on the road, and not so touristy. A short walk distance to all central highlights. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable. And all the amenities were there and easy to use.

広くて清潔、かつおしゃれなインテリアで素敵な部屋でした。特に、窓から教会や時計の塔(おそらく市役所)が見え、ポルト歴史地区の空気を感じながら買ってきた料理やお酒を楽しめました。お手洗いとシャワーも２つずつあり、設備の充実度も高評価ポイントです。 ただし残念な点があり、2回のエアコンが全く効かず、暑すぎて大きなベッドを使えませんでした。オーナーに連絡したところ、迅速に一部返金手続きを行なってくれたことには満足ですが、事前の設備点検不足には不満です。

The room we chose (Riviera II) was based on the HUGE patio and spa. The room itself was clean and tidy and conveniently located, but parking lots/garages in the local areas were super expensive if you rent a car. (But it’s better than driving in the city!) The location is close to sights, restaurants, and felt very safe. If you plan on renting this room for the spa, make sure it is functional and NOT green before you get there.

The room and terrace was not very clean. The shower drain was plugged and overflowed with in the first 2 minutes of starting the shower.

Only minor issues, I had to buy batteries for the tv remote control, a/c was constantly turning itself off - had to constantly turn it back on, not all light switches worked, sometimes the toilet would get stuck after flushing, but otherwise all good.

Everything was just perfect except the initial check in process. There wasn’t any communication via text and email regarding the check in process. I had to make a call through Expedia with the help of the corner realtor representative, and was informed that I did not have any phone numbers listed to which is not true and the owner should have reached out to me via email that I have with Expedia. I’m very happy with our stay. One glitch had happened on our last night, somehow the AC shut off in the middle of the night and I had to figure out the AC controller just to get it back on.

This place was great until the second floor bedroom AC would not work. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone and they assured me they would try to resolve the issue during my stay. They then told me they were unable to do this. I informed them I chose this as it was supposed to include AC and the second floor was where we would be sleeping. It was extremely hot at night and during the day after walking 15k steps.

Well equipped apartment. You got everything uou need for your stay. Iron, kitchen appliances. It would be nice to have 2 high chairs for the table in the studio in Almada 409. Cleanliness was the only issue. The floor was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The staff is very responsive on Whatsapp. All instructions before check-in were very accurate. A little overpriced but probably because of the location.

Eu estive na estadia cerca de 4 dias, a casa em si é muito bonita, e com isto dito as fotos são realmente reais e coerentes. Mas logo no primeiro dia tive uma triste surpresa, a maioria da louça estava suja, como se tivessem usado e arrumado logo, o chão tinha manchas, a sanita tinha pelos. O espaço lá fora é aberto mas podiam ter posto lenços em cima das cadeiras pois ficaram com cocos dos pássaros. Ainda me referindo ao espaço lá fora, um dos motivos de ter escolhido este local foi pela hidro, mas a mesma estava suja e com o "móvel" ao lado podre. Eu entendo que seja contraplacado e com a humidade estrague , mas o estabelecimento tem de ter noção disse e mudar, pois atrai pragas. Devido a falta de cuidados lá fora, não pude usufruir do que prometem e pela falta de higiene dentro cá casa passei grande parte do meu primeiro dia de férias a limpar a casa. Quanto a segurança não tenho nada a falar, mas confesso que o "botão" de trancar da porta é completamente inútil, pois existir ou não, não muda nada. Quem tem o código entra e quem não tem não entra, e não o "botão" não tranca mesmo que saiba o código. Mas para não falar apenas mal do local, gostei muito da casa, é bonita e bem localizada, ofereceu cafés e chás de boas vindas o que foi muito agradável, além de toalhas e produtos de higiene. O local em si não é mau, apenas precisa de mais cuidados pela parte da equipa.
