• Check-in starts at 3 pm and ends at midnight - after that time, a midnight fee will be charged

• Check-outs end at 11 am; after that hour, midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged for an entire night.

- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.

- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.

• The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2€ per night per person up to 7 nights.

- This apartments requires a €500.00 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
