The apartment features two double bedrooms, a bathroom fully equipped with all necessary amenities, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining table. In addition, you will find a cozy living room with a smart TV and cable box.
For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit (in the living room), electric radiators, and Wi-Fi.

Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
In case you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
