We had a lovely stay, the home was VERY comfortable and quiet. Close to shops and walking distance to many things. The patio is Quite large and a wonderful place to relax.I would highly recommend for your stay in Porto.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were large with a beautiful outdoor patio/terrace. We were maybe a 12-15 minute walk to downtown, 5-7 minutes to a large grocery store, 10 minutes to a large shopping centre. We were met by Irene (hosts mother) greeted with a warm welcome, excellent review of the accommodations layout and amenities, along with helpful recommendations. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay while visiting Porto.

Great Place for A Family Vacation to Porto!

We loved the property and wish we could have stayed longer! It was very well prepared and quickly felt like home. The amenities were all great, we only wish the weather would have been nice enough to spend some time on the terrace. The area was lovely, with close access to markets, a grocery store, public transit, and a 24hr pharmacy. We had easy access to everything we wanted to visit and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Amazing stay

We Stayed in Amaro’s property on Oct 20 and 21st. The apartment is amazing, very clean, great size with all the amenities you could need. Irene is super responsive and made us feel wright at home when we arrived. The huge terrasse is a plus when weather permits. The location was great for us, we walked everywhere. Highly recommended

Lovely stay!

Everything was exactly as pictured. Irene (the owner's mother) was an absolute sweetheart. She spent a significant amount of time showing us the map of the area and pointed out areas that would interest us. She was absolutely amazing. The terrace was so relaxing and inviting. Great spot out of busy streets but still close to everything

Nice little spot, terrace was great for the kids, used the metro to get to tourist places, nice little market & cafe on same street. Place felt secure & safe. Host was helpful for check in to direct us to some places. Crib is good for young babies who can’t stand yet- too high up & dangerous for babies who can stand up-potentially fall out.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, and you’ll find all that you need waiting for you, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of tourist information, and Irene is so very helpful, a delightful hostess! We also enjoyed the location, eith several nice restaurants and a full sized grocery store to choose from in a 5-10 minute walk from the front door. Oh, and the outdoor space is wonderful to have, we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying all the beautiful plants, and a large table with an umbrella if you want shade. Porto Vrbo Review

Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay at this location. Property was very clean and well-furnished. The host was exceptionally friendly and informative as well, and went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived ahead of the 3 pm check-in time. The only issue we encountered was some loud construction, which started sometime between 7-8 am and lasted multiple hours (and it quite literally felt like someone was hammering on the property). Hopefully, this was a one-off occurrence. We understand that this is out of the host's control, but it would have been nice at least to have had some sort of heads up.

Amazing stay

My mom and I had a phenomenal stay at the spacious apartment. We truly felt at home and enjoyed all the extra space this apartment has. The outdoor area is also very spacious and private, and we spent many nights out there. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there are grocery stores and bakeries close by. Public transit is also close by, however Ubers we’re so cheap we chose to take Ubers when we couldn’t walk there. Also a beautiful walk to the historical district. The host and her mother were both very friendly and helpful, Irene even booked a day trip for us which was also a 10/10. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in porto, you will not find many spacious apartments like this one. We definitely will be back! :)

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet neighborhood close to the Metro. The location allowed us to see all parts of Porto and there were coffee spots and a grocery store nearby. The terrace was especially lovely.
