The location of this flat was great and we had a beautiful view however our overall experience was really terrible. The front door to the property did not lock which is very unsafe and the light on the stairwell didn't work for the first few days so finding our apartment was very difficult. It was not clear at all which apartment was ours so it took us a long time to find it. The apartment was not very clean, there were even blood splatters in the smaller bedroom, on the bed and sheet and on the shutters. The towels were also falling apart and stained. The air-conditioning didn't work when we arrived and it was very difficult to get someone to come and fix it. When someone did come they came without notifying us and left the apartment unlocked. When we arrived back we were very shocked to find the door unlocked and were scared that someone had broken in and was possibly hiding in the apartment. Leaving the apartment unlocked is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially as the door to the building did not lock. I didn't feel safe there for the rest of the stay. We received an apology but no compensation and I am very disappointed with how unprofessional the lovely stay team have been.

The river view was beautiful! The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the property was bright in the morning with plenty of sunlight. The high ceiling was nice and the washing machine was convenient. The property was quiet until the upstairs travelers who moved in, stomped on the floor and move luggages or furnitures at late hours after midnight through early mornings which was heard through the ceilings and disturbed our rest. One drawback was that the property did not offer sufficient coffee capsules, salt, oil, etc. only 4 capsules were provided for 3 people staying for 4 nights, despite the communications with the management company.

Great location walking distance to all the main sites in Porto. Suitable for us with 2 young kids who slept well on sofa bed. There are outdoor escalators to get up to apartment from river level. Highly recommend the new cultural district attractions in Porto for family day out.

Todo genial! Amibilidad y servicio 10/10.

(Adjunto foto)
