「The apartment provides comfortable accommodation with air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. All major attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance especially the proximity to Mercado de Bolhão is a big plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.」

「I cannot describe how shocked I was when I arrived at this hotel. I read the ratings and viewed the photos before booking and was appalled at the actual, physical condition of the place. Minimalist is an under statement! One teeny, tiny bar of soap for 2 people, 2 raggedy towels, mold in the shower, ceiling fan, no air conditioning, two pillows that were cheap and flat as an iron, stained bathroom floor, window that opened to a dirty roof with a mop thrown onto the tiles…just awful. Incredibly...

「The room was exactly as we expected. Clean and with all the amenities that we needed. The one issue we had (tv remote wasn’t working) was addressed and resolved quickly. My only concern was that I got communications through WhatsApp from 3 different numbers for this same property.」

「Opzich best ok prijs kwaliteit echter je boekt een kamer met ontbijt kom je bij het ontbijt en staat dat niet in het systeem. Na het tonen van het bewijs mocht ik nog steeds niet aansluiten bij het ontbijt. Geen kopje koffie tijdens het wachten helemaal niks. Na 40 minuten appen en wachten (er is geen receptie) eindelijk te horen dat ik kon ontbijten. Daar aangekomen had de jongen van het ontbijt waarschijnlijk op z’n donder gekregen en was onvriendelijk en keek me met zijn rug aan.」
