「My husband and I were very excited to enter this hotel, which room furnishing is very modern and clean. What makes this hotel outstanding is that there is a little kitchen with stove, water-heater and micro-wave, which make our stay very convenient. 「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. 「Loved everything about this property. Views and property were beautiful, rooms were spacious, modern, and quiet, easily walkable to a great beach (Praia do Porto de Mos), multiple pool options, and 10 min walk to access the boardwalk that runs to the lighthouse and then the string of beautiful beaches close by (Praia de Camilo, Praia da Ana etc). Very close drive to Old Town which was very charming and had tons of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!」

「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」

「Stayed recently with family, had a wonderful time. Brilliant accommodation and apartment cleaned daily. The beds were extremely comfortable plenty of space. Not to miss the great bakery on the next street. Several restaurants very close by for lunch/dinner . The staff were very helpful. 」

"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. "
